A letter from the founder
I watched good stores drown in bad software.
My name is Hussain. I am twenty-two years old and I grew up inside a retail software company.
Not as a customer. As the founder's son. I spent my childhood in the back office watching my father's salespeople sell systems to store owners across the Gulf. I watched the demos, sat through the installations, heard the complaints on the other end of the phone.
I saw the thing from both sides of the counter. And what I saw made me angry.
The wound.
Here is what I watched happen, for twenty years, to good people running good stores.
They would buy an ERP system because their accountant told them to, or because the tax authority started asking questions, or because the spreadsheet finally fell apart. They would pay a large number up front. They would wait weeks for installation. They would sit through days of training for software that felt like it was designed for a bank, not a baqala.
Then the real game would begin. Every feature they actually needed (the Arabic receipts, the VAT module, the supplier portal, the extra users) cost extra. Every update cost extra. Every call to support cost extra. The consultant who set it up was the only person who understood it, and his number was in no one's phone.
The owners I watched were not naive. They were smart, hardworking people running real businesses. They were being systematically picked clean by an industry that made complexity its business model.
I grew up watching that. I could not fix it as a child. I built Zerupt to fix it as a founder.
What I built instead.
Zerupt is one system that runs your store. Sales, stock, suppliers, accounting, and tax. Everything that a store actually needs, in one place, in Arabic and English, from the first day.
But the part that I am proudest of is not the feature list. It is the clock.
Most stores are live on real data in about two hours. Not six months. Two hours. You answer a few questions about your business. Zerupt builds your chart of accounts, your VAT settings, and your product catalogue. You bring your old data, even a messy spreadsheet, and it sorts it out.
And then there are the agents. Mira migrates your data. Sami reads your supplier invoices. Noor watches your stock levels. They do not sleep. They do not get sick. They cannot steal. They cannot quit. They work for you.
Every owner I showed this to went quiet for a moment. Then they said some version of the same thing: why did it take this long?
What I am offering you.
I am personally setting up the first fifty stores in the Gulf. Free. No consultant, no waiting list, no catch. You book a call, we get on together, and I make sure you are live before we hang up.
If you are not up and running after our call, I keep setting it up until you are. That is the guarantee.
There is no card required to start. You pay nothing until your store is live and you have seen it work on your own data.
Thirty days from going live, if Zerupt is not the right fit, you get every fil back. No questions.
Who this is for.
This is for the owner who is tired of fighting their own tools. The grocery, the boutique, the pharmacy, the electronics store. One location or ten.
It is especially for the owner who has been burned before. The one who bought a system that promised everything and delivered half of it, and who is now running on spreadsheets and willpower because at least that does not let them down.
If you can answer questions about your own business, you can run Zerupt. No IT person required. No consultant on retainer. No six-month implementation project.
Just your store, running clean.
Want to see it with your own store?
I am setting up the first 50 stores in the Gulf myself, for free. Book a call and we will get you live together.
